3. Our Digital Services
Muse Plex provides digital design, development, branding, and technology services based on the requirements agreed with each client.
Every project is different. Therefore, the scope of work, number of revisions, features, integrations, technologies, project milestones, delivery schedule, support period, and other requirements will depend on the individual project agreement.
Any work requested outside the agreed project scope may require additional fees, resources, or time. Additional work will generally be discussed and approved before it is started.
4. Project Scope and Requirements
Before beginning a project, Muse Plex and the client may agree on the project scope, objectives, deliverables, estimated timeline, pricing, and other relevant requirements.
The client is responsible for providing accurate information, content, credentials, brand assets, technical requirements, approvals, and other materials reasonably required to complete the project.
If required information, feedback, approvals, or access are delayed, the project timeline may also be affected.
Muse Plex is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control or by delayed client responses, approvals, content, payments, or third-party dependencies.
5. Quotes, Proposals and Pricing
Project pricing is based on the scope and requirements discussed with the client.
A quotation or proposal may include the project cost, payment schedule, deliverables, estimated timeline, revisions, technical requirements, and other applicable conditions.
Unless specifically stated otherwise, a quotation does not include additional services or requirements that are requested after the agreed scope.
Muse Plex reserves the right to update or withdraw quotations before a project is formally approved.
6. Payments
Clients agree to make payments according to the payment schedule established for their project.
Depending on the project, an advance payment or milestone payment may be required before work begins or before specific stages of the project are delivered.
Muse Plex may pause work or withhold delivery of project files, source code, credentials, or final deliverables where agreed payments remain outstanding.
Any third-party costs, including hosting, domains, premium themes, plugins, software licenses, APIs, payment gateways, subscriptions, or other external services, may be charged separately unless specifically included in the project agreement.
7. Revisions and Changes
Muse Plex aims to deliver work according to the agreed project requirements. Where revisions are included, the number and scope of revisions will depend on the relevant proposal or agreement.
Significant changes to the original requirements, approved design, functionality, structure, or technical specifications may be treated as additional work.
Changes requested after approval of a design or development stage may affect the project timeline and cost.
8. Client Responsibilities
To help ensure a smooth project, clients are responsible for:
- Providing accurate project information and requirements.
- Supplying required content, images, logos, documents, and brand materials.
- Providing timely feedback and approvals.
- Providing necessary website, hosting, domain, API, or other technical access where required.
- Ensuring that materials supplied to Muse Plex do not violate third-party rights.
- Reviewing and approving deliverables within a reasonable timeframe.
- Maintaining the security of credentials and access information provided to them.
Muse Plex may rely on information and materials supplied by the client when developing the agreed project.
9. Intellectual Property Rights
All Muse Plex website content, including text, graphics, branding elements, designs, images, layouts, illustrations, source materials, and other proprietary content, remains the property of Muse Plex unless otherwise stated.
For client projects, ownership of specifically created final deliverables will be determined by the applicable project agreement.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, ownership or transfer of custom final deliverables is subject to full payment of all outstanding project fees.
Muse Plex may retain ownership of its pre-existing tools, frameworks, libraries, reusable components, development methods, templates, internal systems, know-how, and other materials that were not created exclusively for the client.
Third-party software, plugins, fonts, stock images, libraries, APIs, and other licensed materials remain subject to their respective licenses and terms.
10. Portfolio and Project Showcase
Unless a written agreement states otherwise, Muse Plex may display completed client work in its portfolio, website, social media, presentations, case studies, or other promotional materials for the purpose of showcasing our work.
Where appropriate, we may identify the client or project unless the client has requested confidentiality or non-disclosure in writing.
11. Website Content and Client Materials
The client remains responsible for the legality, accuracy, ownership, and permissions associated with content and materials supplied to Muse Plex.
This may include text, photographs, videos, logos, trademarks, product information, customer data, documents, and other materials.
By providing such materials, the client confirms that they have the necessary rights or permissions to use them for the intended project.
Muse Plex is not responsible for claims arising from materials supplied by the client that infringe copyright, trademark, privacy, intellectual property, or other third-party rights.
12. Third-Party Services and Integrations
Projects may require third-party services such as hosting providers, domain registrars, payment gateways, APIs, cloud platforms, plugins, themes, analytics tools, email services, or other external technologies.
These services are controlled by their respective providers and may have their own terms, pricing, limitations, availability, and privacy policies.
Muse Plex cannot guarantee the continued availability, performance, pricing, security, or functionality of third-party services that are outside our control.
Any third-party subscription or licensing costs are generally the responsibility of the client unless otherwise agreed.
13. Website, Software and Service Performance
Muse Plex makes reasonable efforts to deliver websites, software, and digital solutions according to the agreed requirements.
However, no digital product can be guaranteed to operate without interruption, errors, security issues, or compatibility limitations under every possible environment.
Performance may depend on factors outside our control, including hosting infrastructure, internet connectivity, third-party services, browser updates, operating systems, plugins, APIs, security changes, or other external technologies.
Where ongoing maintenance or support is not included in the project agreement, future updates, modifications, troubleshooting, or maintenance may be provided as a separate paid service.
14. SEO, Marketing and Business Results
Where Muse Plex provides SEO, digital marketing, website optimization, or related services, we apply professional strategies and industry-standard practices based on the agreed scope.
However, search engine rankings, website traffic, leads, conversions, sales, revenue, advertising performance, and other business results may be affected by factors outside our control.
Therefore, unless expressly guaranteed in a written agreement, Muse Plex does not guarantee specific rankings, traffic levels, leads, sales, revenue, or other business outcomes.
